No, and that is deliberate. We do not do house windows, sliding doors on the home, gutters or pressure washing. Cages are the whole business, which is what lets us read a structure quickly and hold a warranty we can actually service. If you need non-cage work we will point you to someone who does it properly.

Panel replacement. It is priced per opening at $35 to $65 for wall panels and $55 to $95 for roof panels, with no minimum charge. If several panels on the same wall are the same age we will usually suggest doing that wall together so the new mesh does not stand out against faded neighbours.

Almost always, and it saves money because the setup and the trip are shared. The most common combination is a full rescreen plus cage door work, or a rescreen plus Florida Glass on the kick plate row. Bundling is usually cheaper than the same work split across two visits.

Push firmly on an upright at chest height. If it flexes, or you can see white powdery corrosion at fastener points, or a panel keeps failing while its neighbours hold, the aluminium needs attention. We check this on every panel count and itemise it separately from the mesh.

Repair addresses specific damage, like two torn panels after a storm. Rescreening replaces all the mesh on the structure, which is what you do when the screen has aged out rather than been damaged. Rescreening costs more up front and resets the clock on the whole enclosure.

No. We are a rescreening and repair company, so we work on structures that already exist. If your cage is beyond economical repair we will tell you plainly and point you toward Tampa aluminium contractors who build new enclosures well. We will be here to rescreen it in seven years.

Panel counts within 24 to 48 hours. Single panels and small jobs are usually same week. Full cage rescreens run one to two weeks out under normal conditions, and longer after a named storm when blown-out enclosures get priority.

Yes. Community pool cages, condo common-area enclosures and apartment complex screen rooms are a meaningful share of our work. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 before starting and can invoice the association directly.
