Four ways to reach us

The phone is fastest and it is answered by someone who works on cages. You can describe what you are seeing and get a straight answer about whether it is a $60 problem or a $2,400 one before anybody drives out.

  1. Call 813-565-3194 — Mon–Sat 7:00am–7:00pm. Best for anything urgent: storm damage, a cage open to the weather, a door off its track.
  2. Text photos to 813-565-3194 — usually the quickest route to a useful range. One wide shot of each wall plus one looking straight up at the roof panels is ideal.
  3. Use the form below — good for non-urgent work and after-hours enquiries. We reply within one business day.
  4. Email [email protected] — best for HOA and property-manager work where you need insurance documents or a formal written scope.

What helps us quote faster

None of this is required to call, but any of it sharpens the range considerably. Roughly how many wall panels you have. Whether the cage is single or two story. Whether the roof screens look as bad as the walls. Whether any aluminium looks bent, stained white around the screws, or loose where it meets the deck. Whether dogs use the enclosure. And whether this is storm-related, since that changes both the scheduling priority and the documentation we produce.

What happens next

We call back to confirm details and book the panel count, usually inside 24 to 48 hours. On site we measure and count every opening including the roof, check spline and frame condition, and recommend mesh by zone rather than for the whole cage. You get a written flat price before we leave. If you approve it, most single-story full rescreens are booked within a week or two, and single panels are often same week.

Storm damage? Say so when you call. Compromised enclosures get priority ahead of routine rescreens, and we photograph and document everything for your insurer before touching anything.

What we will ask you

Expect four questions on the call, none of which are qualifying questions in the sales sense. Roughly how many panels, so we know whether this is a half-day or a two-day job. Single or two story, because that changes access and therefore price more than anything else. Whether anything looks wrong with the aluminium, since that decides whether the frame conversation happens before or after the mesh one. And whether there is a deadline — a sale, an inspection, a party — because that changes where you sit in the schedule and we would rather know up front than find out later.

Service area

Sixteen communities across Hillsborough County and south Pasco with no trip charge — the full list is on the service areas page. Just outside it, call anyway; we regularly make the drive for larger cages where the panel count justifies the trip.

Questions

Contact & scheduling FAQs

Usually within 24 to 48 hours anywhere in the service area. Storm damage and cages open to the weather get moved ahead of routine counts. Calling before noon on a weekday gives you a reasonable chance of being seen the same day.

Yes, with no deposit and no obligation. We measure and count every opening including the roof, check the frame and spline, and hand you a written flat price. If you decide not to proceed you owe nothing and you keep the count.

We can give you a useful range from photos, and for one or two panels that is often enough. The firm price needs the on-site count, because panel quantity, roof access and frame condition are the three biggest cost drivers and photographs hide all three.

One wide shot of each wall from far enough back to see the full height, one looking straight up at the roof panels, and a close-up of any damage or any white staining around the screws. That set is usually enough for a solid range.

Posted hours are Mon–Sat 7:00am–7:00pm. Outside those, leave a voicemail or send a text and we pick it up first thing. Texts sent in the evening are usually answered before 8am the next working day.

Single panels are typically same week. Full cage rescreens run one to two weeks out. Cages needing aluminium work take a little longer because we order sections. After named storms everything stretches, so call early rather than waiting.

Only for the panel count and the final walkthrough. Once the price is approved most customers give us access to the cage and get on with their day. We text on arrival, at completion, and immediately if anything unexpected shows up in the frame.

On completion, after you have walked the finished cage with us and confirmed you are happy. Card, check and bank transfer. Larger commercial jobs may have staged terms, always stated in writing on the quote first.

Yes. Certificate of insurance, license number and W-9 on request, and we send them proactively for HOA and property-management work. Email [email protected] with the association name and we will get the paperwork over before the visit.

Call and ask. For a full cage rescreen we will often make the drive to Plant City, Zephyrhills, Ruskin or Dade City. For one or two panels the trip usually does not make sense, and we will say that plainly rather than quote a padded price.
