Where We Rescreen

Sixteen communities, one tight radius, identical per-panel pricing in every one of them. The radius is deliberately small and the warranty is why.

Pool cage rescreening across Hillsborough and south Pasco

Where your cage sits changes what is wrong with it far more than most homeowners expect. Enclosure stock in this region falls into rough generations, and geography decides which one you have and how it is ageing.

Waterfront property on the bay and the canals gets constant salt, and on those cages the aluminium hardware fails before the mesh does. Inland under heavy oak canopy the mesh lasts longer but takes impact damage from falling limbs, mostly on the roof panels. Out on the unshaded new-build lots east and north of the city, nothing touches the cage at all and it simply cooks — the south and west walls run a year or two ahead of the rest of the structure.

Hillsborough County

The bulk of our work. Tampa spans nearly every enclosure generation there is. South Tampa is a peninsula, so almost every cage there is a hardware-first job. Carrollwood and Temple Terrace hold the oldest aluminium in the county. New Tampa and Westchase are newer and mostly straight rescreens, and Town ’n’ Country sits between the two depending which side of it you are on.

East County and South Shore

Brandon and Valrico mix older stock with large newer cages on big lots. Riverview and Lithia are almost entirely modern construction where frame problems are rare. Apollo Beach is the harshest environment we work in — canals on three sides and salt in everything.

Pasco County

Lutz and Odessa are lake country, which means midge pressure and heavy tree canopy over the roof panels. Land O’ Lakes and Wesley Chapel are the fastest-growing part of our route and carry the largest average panel counts anywhere we work.

Why the radius is deliberately tight

We get asked regularly whether we will drive to Sarasota, Clearwater or Ocala, and the answer is usually no. The reason is the warranty. Two years on workmanship only means something if returning to honour it is practical. A company driving ninety minutes each way cannot come back for one slack panel without losing money on the trip, which is precisely why so many warranties in this trade quietly evaporate the moment you try to use one.

Staying inside Hillsborough County and south Pasco also keeps panel counts at 24 to 48 hours and makes same-week scheduling real rather than aspirational. It is a smaller market than we could serve, and it is the reason we can do what we say.

Just outside the list? Call and ask. For a full cage rescreen we regularly make the drive to Plant City, Zephyrhills, Ruskin and Dade City where the panel count justifies it. For one or two panels it usually does not, and we will say so rather than quote a padded price.

Same price everywhere

Panel count, cage height, mesh grade and frame condition set the price. Your ZIP code does not. A twenty-two panel single-story cage costs the same in Riverview as it does in Carrollwood, and the full service list is available in all sixteen communities.

Service area FAQs

No trip charge anywhere on the list. Pricing follows panel count, cage height, mesh grade and frame condition rather than distance. If you are outside the sixteen we will tell you honestly whether the drive works for your panel count before quoting anything.

Panel counts run 24 to 48 hours anywhere in the service area. Single panels are typically same week. Full cage rescreens are one to two weeks out. Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes and Odessa occasionally run a day longer purely because of drive time.

Not routinely. The bridge adds enough time that we cannot hold our normal scheduling or honour the warranty economically over there. For a very large multi-panel cage it is worth a phone call, but for smaller jobs you will get better service from a Pinellas-based company.

Substantially, and it is the biggest geographic difference in our whole service area. On the water in Apollo Beach or South Tampa the mesh often outlives the fasteners holding it. Inland in Brandon or Riverview the mesh fails first and the aluminium is usually fine.

Noticeably. Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes and New Tampa carry the largest average panel counts, often thirty-plus and frequently two-story. Older Town n Country and Temple Terrace enclosures are typically half that. Since we price per opening, that difference is most of why quotes vary between neighbourhoods.

Carrollwood, Temple Terrace, older South Tampa and the original Brandon and Town n Country streets. Those hold the oldest aluminium in the region, and corrosion around fasteners is the usual finding. Newer areas like Lithia and Riverview almost always pass the frame check.

Yes, in all sixteen. Community pool enclosures, condo common areas and apartment complex cages. We provide a certificate of insurance and W-9 before starting, invoice the association directly where that is the arrangement, and will walk the property with a board member first.

Yes, and we triage by severity rather than geography. A structurally compromised cage in Apollo Beach gets seen before a single torn panel in Tampa regardless of who called first. Waterfront and South Shore properties generate the heaviest post-storm volume.

A rough range, yes, from wide photos of each wall. The written flat price needs the panel count done in person, because panel quantity, roof panel access and frame condition are the three biggest cost drivers and photos hide all three.

It makes no difference at all. The area pages exist so you can read about your specific community, but pricing, scheduling and warranty are identical across all sixteen. Pick whichever page is nearest, or just call and give us your cross streets.
